Cancellation-Refund Policy

This policy applies to events organised for St Bride Library, either by St Bride Library or by the Friends of St Bride Library.

Cancellation by us

St Bride Foundation reserves the right to modify or cancel any event if unforeseen circumstances arise. If we cancel an event we shall inform you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund.

Cancellation by you

If you are unable to attend an event, please let us know as soon as possible. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee refunds, however if we are able to re-sell your tickets we will of course arrange a refund on your behalf, but please note this is not always possible.

If you wish to cancel a booking please note the following cancellation conditions:

  • 5 weeks or more prior to the event - 100% refund
  • 4 to 5 weeks prior to the event - 50% refund
  • 0 to 4 weeks prior to the event - no refund.
